Yes its a four bedroom place, and its quite roomy even with 4 bedrooms, and yes its close to schools & a few grocery stores

Do you happen to know of a house that is available to rent for August 1st.?
We are very responsible couple, both for the place rented as well as for our 2 dogs.
We are looking for a long term rental.
If you know of someone who:has a house to rent, less than $700 a month preferably with a garage.
If it needs renovations or other work done to it we don’t mind fixing it up.
