Well I joined Simpleology last March, but never took the time to look into it, I shoved it on the self, well if it was a book that is. I never gave it a second glance.
But then a few weeks ago, I saw Joel Comm’s The Next Internet Millionaire Episode One and I was simply impressed with Mark Joyner and Simpleology. So I searched my email for the original sign up email and logged in.
I really liked the simple layout and I was getting ready to go. Once you get logged in your presented with your Simpleology WebCockpit. I am on day 15. So im still new to this, but im loving it already..
In the WebCockpit you will find your Daily Target Praxis, Dream Catcher, Daily Targets, Mental Lock Box ,Delegation Station, Observation Log & Major Focus. I can’t fully explain them all, but I will give you a brief summary of them all.
Once you get in I recommend you head over the the Core Courses and click Simpleology 10, this will take you to the Course Checklist & Quick Start Video. It also has your daily lessens and the audio and pdf files you will need to download.
Daily Targets is where you start. When you log into Simpleology, you will be taken to Daily Targets, this helps you get a jump on the program and your day. The Daily Targets will get you started and will be the meat of the program. Take your time and complete each of the tasks. Usually there are 3-6 tasks to complete, don’t worry this does take hours to complete maybe 10-15 minutes for the entire process. But this is one of the most important steps and it can’t be missed.
After you complete your Daily Targets, you move onto the Daily Target Praxis, this will help you identify your daily tasks, goals & objectives for that specific day. I will also help you identify time wasters and help you to better focus on what needs to be done and how to stop doing the things that get us know where in life.
The Dream Catcher and how to use it, you add items to your Dream Catcher throughout your day as you see fit. Something comes to mind that you have to do? Jot it down in the Dream Catcher. Get an idea for something to do in the future? Jot it down in the Dream Catcher. Someone recommends a book to read or a movie to see or a place to go? Jot it down in the Dream Catcher.
Next is the Mental Lock Box , the Mental Lock Box is a place for you to store ideas, potential actions, things to buy, etc. for possible future use.
The Delegation Station is for keeping track of items you have Delegated to others. So I assign task to my assistant or If im outsourcing a task or a project I will add them to the The Delegation Station.
The Observation Log is filled out when you do your Daily Target Praxis, it stores your Observations on what added or took away from your time & energy, example you watching four hours of TV a night would take away time & energy from your goals.
Last is the Major Focus. At any given time, you’ll have a single Short Term, Medium Term, and Long Term Major Target. You can select these from your Ultimate Life answers, or from the Backward Planner steps for them, or simply write them in as you see fit. This is what dreams are mad of. In the Major Focus section you will think of all you want to accomplish and write it down so you can start to plan it to happen. No goal is to small, if you want to lose weight add it, if you need to buy a new car add that as well.
Like I mentioned earlier im only into day 15, but already my life is changing for the better, Simpleology has helped me overcome fears and has giving me the courage to do things that i have been afraid of or just kept putting of with every excuse in the book.
I have wanted to work out again, im about 40-60 lbs over weight, but I always had every excuse not to workout, well im into my second week of working out and WOW, im loving it.
