I just saw a very interesting news article from Ohio State University. It talks about how dark colored fruits and veggies fight cancer. This is something us in the natural health industry have known this for years, but just now it coming into mainstream news.

I’m a firm believer in prevention or preventive medicine as a way to stay health and be sick and disease free. Thats why we take and recommend a few natural health products. Now none of these products cure anything, they just simply help the body to work properly and heal it self.

I joined Dr. Mercola email list some time ago, I respect him as one of the Doctors fighting for natural health,Dr. Mercola has a weekly email that goes out with articles and usually video, keeping his readers up to date and health and the latest health news.

This headline really got me, our family has been moving away from using plastic, but its very difficult as almost everything has or is made out of plastic these days. We own SIGG water bottles as a start and try to use as little as plastic as possible.
